Author Guidelines
1. Scope and Focus
Manuscripts submitted should be in line with the journal’s scope and contribute to the advancement of the relevant scientific field. Authors are encouraged to review the journal's aims and scope before submission.
2. Types of Submissions Accepted
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Case Studies
- Technical Notes
- Short Communications
3. Language
Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English (or as per the journal policy). Authors may be required to revise grammar and language prior to publication.
4. Submission Format
- Submit the manuscript as a Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) file.
- Use the journal's official template [Download Template].
- Manuscripts should be 6–15 pages, including figures and references.
5. Manuscript Structure
Authors should follow this structure (unless otherwise stated):
- Title
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–5 keywords)
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgments (optional)
- References
6. Abstract and Keywords
The abstract should clearly state the purpose, methods, main findings, and conclusions. Provide up to 5 relevant keywords.
7. References
- Use the IEEE (or APA/Harvard/etc., depending on journal policy) citation style.
- Use reference management tools (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero).
- Include at least 15 primary references from the last 10 years (adjustable).
8. Figures and Tables
- All figures and tables must be numbered and captioned.
- Ensure high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI).
- Place figures and tables within the text, close to their first mention.
9. Plagiarism Policy
- Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism.
- All submissions will be checked using plagiarism detection tools (e.g., Turnitin).
- The maximum similarity index allowed is 20%.
10. Peer Review Process
- This journal uses a double-blind peer review process.
- Review duration: approximately 4–8 weeks.
- Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewer comments.
11. Publication Ethics
- The manuscript is not under review elsewhere.
- All authors have agreed to the submission.
- Proper citations are used.
- Ethical approval is obtained for studies involving humans or animals.
12. Copyright and License
- Authors retain copyright.
- Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.

No fees are charged for submission or publication.
